We had a ball at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. We worked providing bar services at some of the cabaret shows for the duration of the festival. A great little contract to get to finish the summer off. We even got to dress up in keeping with the theme. ….. Yes, corsets and stockings and high heels!……. And waistcoats for the guys. We took on some extra staff to cover all the shifts and in the end the team was 20 strong! And what a great team it was too!
I hope we will be back a gain next year. We love the fringe and getting to live amongst it was a treat.
Best Shows? Easy!
- Little Death Club Cabaret: The show keeps you on your toes….. sitting at the back won’t keep you safe!
- Josh Glanc: Karma Karma: Josh is an Ozzy stand up comedian and we lucked out in finding him. Very funny.
With over 3000 shows to choose from there was a lot of great stuff and to be fair …. we only managed to see a tiny portion of it.
Our own cabaret bar show was a lot to keep up.
