Our newest cocktail creation!
This has been inspired by our latest function. The Mouse Creative Team are an architectural firm based in Glasgow. They run one of the “most innovative design houses in Scotland and almost exclusively work on major redevelopments of buildings where the developed building is a unique standalone design set apart from any buildings in the neighboring vicinity.” They recently won the most important and largest tender of the history of the business and decided to celebrate with a little party in the Lighthouse in Glasgow. They invited ed all of their clients and contractors and the function was for 93 people in the end.
We provided the bar, 3 bar staff and 2 waiting staff and canopes.
The cocktail list was our own standard platinum cocktail list and we topped it off with another of our own creations at the teams request:
The Funky Mouse! (Recipe)
- 100ml Vodka
- 25ml White Chocolate Liqueur
- Oreo Cookies
- Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- Garnished with Whipped Cream, Cherry, Oreos
